A local delivery fee of $30.00 will be added to each order (for each item).
For deliveries outside of our local delivery area, this fee will vary.
Please note: We do not offer timed deliveries. Local deliveries range from 12:00pm-5:00pm or 12:00pm-6:00pm non-locally.

In the rare event that a substitution was necessary due to seasonal availability, please rest assured that we carefully select flowers of equal or higher value to maintain the beauty and integrity of your arrangement.
To qualify for a replacement or store credit, we kindly ask that you provide a photo of the arrangement within 48 hours of delivery. This helps us assess the condition of the flowers and address any quality issues effectively. Arrangements must be kept in a cool environment and properly watered to ensure freshness, as we are unable to provide replacements for flowers that were not cared for according to our guidelines. If a delivery error occurs on our end, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a prompt redelivery.
