Our shop provides in-person delivery service across the entire GTA. As far West as Hamilton and as far East as Oshawa. Our couriers also deliver North to Barrie and South to Downtown Toronto.

On rare occasions, substitutions may be necessary due to the availability of certain flowers or vases. Rest assured, we take great care to preserve the color scheme, theme, and style of your arrangement, using blooms of equal or higher value. Our commitment to quality means you’ll receive a beautiful, thoughtful arrangement that meets your expectations every time.
Our return policy covers instances where the flowers may not meet the quality standards you expect or if an error has occurred with the order. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to replace your arrangement or provide store credit for future purchases. Our primary goal is to ensure that you are delighted with every experience you have with RoyalFlorist.ca. In the rare event that a substitution was necessary due to seasonal availability, please rest assured that we carefully select flowers of equal or higher value to maintain the beauty and integrity of your arrangement.
To qualify for a replacement or store credit, we kindly ask that you provide a photo of the arrangement within 48 hours of delivery. This helps us assess the condition of the flowers and address any quality issues effectively. Arrangements must be kept in a cool environment and properly watered to ensure freshness, as we are unable to provide replacements for flowers that were not cared for according to our guidelines. If a delivery error occurs on our end, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a prompt redelivery.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
