Delivery Policy
Same-day delivery
Orders placed by 11:00 AM Eastern Time are eligible for same-day delivery across the Greater Toronto Area.
Ordering later in the day for an address inside Richmond Hill? Call us at (905) 770-9715 and we will confirm availability and coordinate the delivery with you.
Where we deliver
We deliver throughout Richmond Hill, York Region and the Greater Toronto Area — as far west as Milton and as far east as Oshawa — to homes, businesses, hospitals, places of worship and funeral homes.

Delivery days and windows
Deliveries run Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or on statutory holidays; orders for those dates are delivered on the next available delivery day.
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. If a delivery must arrive before a funeral service or event, please call us so we can plan the route around it.
Fees and recipient availability
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
If no one is available to receive the order, our driver may leave it in a safe, sheltered spot, or with a concierge, reception desk or nursing station. If a delivery cannot be completed safely, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
