Refund & Freshness Policy

Our freshness commitment

Every arrangement is designed in-store with carefully selected stems. If flowers arrive in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace the arrangement or refund your order.

Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and availability changes daily. We may substitute stems, colours or containers of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style, size and impression of the design.

Cancellations and changes

Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge until they are prepared for delivery. Please call (905) 770-9715 as early as possible — same-day orders are often designed shortly after they are received.

Custom wedding and event work is covered by a separate agreement and deposit schedule.
